Thought patterns for all levels of functioning circulate through the nervous
system, and perpetuate pain physiology as a result.
It's difficult to access these experiences mentally because they root
themselves deeply in areas that are not responsible for conscious thought.
When we consciously bring more circulation into the frontal lobe and
amygdala, and the back of the brain, and the main nerve channel of the spine, by stimulating different areas of the brain, meditating on the central channel with love from the heart, then relaxing the mind, we heal deep seated traumas that perpetuate dis-ease.
